Your Legionella Testing DIY Sample Kit provides an easy option for you to collect your samples. With proper supplies and step-by-step instructions, you can quickly collect and ship samples to our
certified laboratory for testing. Our laboratory is certified to analyze samples via ISO 11731 and CDC Culture Method to determine if the sample is infected with Legionella bacteria. In addition to
detection of Legionella pneumophila, our testing methods can detect many disease-associated non-pneumophila species of Legionella.

Your order includes a detailed testing report. Results other than Legionella pneumophila are shown on the report as Non-pneumophila Legionella. Non- pneumophila Legionella detection includes the following, L. anisa, L. bozemanii (1 and2), L. dumoffii, L. gormanii, L. gratiana, L. parisiensis, L. steigerwaltii, L. tucsonensis, L. cincinatiensis, L. jordanis, L. longbeachae (1 and 2), L. micdadei, L. wadsworthii, L. erythra, and L. feelei. We also provide additional information for interpretation of your testing results.
